Doing 30 minutes of walking everyday is good and will increase your fitness levels. If you don't have 30 minutes a day then do walking when you have free time. The secret of village people's fitness is walking. They go farming by mostly walking. Do walking when you are free, if you have 5 minutes also.

You can walk anytime, but most of the people choose morning and evenings to do walking because that is the time they are free from their work. So walk regularly and improve your health.
